Traci Mitchell is the Executive Director of the American Red Cross South Florida Region’s Palm Beach and Treasure Coast Chapter. With over 40 years of experience in financial services, Traci brings a wealth of leadership and community engagement expertise to her role. She joined the Red Cross after serving as Executive Director of the PNC Fairfax Connection in Cleveland, Ohio, where she empowered entrepreneurs and small business owners through free community programs.
Traci began her career at PNC Bank in 2008 as Vice President of Brand Management and later led transformative change initiatives as Vice President of Sales and Client Experience. Her background spans event planning, project management, and strategic communications.
A passionate advocate for youth, Traci has supported nonprofits like Shoes and Clothes for Kids and DanceCleveland and served on her local school board for 2.5 terms. She holds a B.A. in Organizational Communications from The Ohio State University and is both a proud Buckeyes and new Hurricanes fan. Now based in Florida, she enjoys traveling, fishing, reading, and crafting, and is deeply committed to helping others achieve their life goals.
